Symbian successful transplantation Atom PC System

Google’s Android platform not only for smart phones, many companies also are interested in to develop Android platform-based products MID or NetBook. Symbian Foundation’s official blog, Symbian revealed the latest developments to the wider market.
SOSCO (S60 on Symbian Customer Operations) team has successfully transplanted into a Symbian system, a standard Atom PC, use S60 interface. It is said that smooth operation of the system and can run OpenGL Demo program.
Developers said the purpose of this transfer is to provide a new idea, not merely to look at the Wintel alliance netbook. If there are manufacturers of PC systems with interest in Symbian, they are willing to conduct an in-depth study of this project.
